But she’s no puritan; there’s a sprinkling of refined sugar and gluten in some recipes, with customisable options if you wish to avoid these. So much gloriousness here – the thickly decadent Baked Chocolate Cake; the Showstopper Tiramisu Trifle with Caramelized Popcorn; the fluffily fabulous Classic Buttery Scones; the creamy, nutty Baklava Custard Tart. Ah... if only we could scoop some of that luscious yumminess right off the page.
