Lemon Curd and Raspberry Meringue Pudding

This was a childhood favourite that I now make with lemon curd and raspberries for that lovely sweet/tart combination.

1½ cups milk ½ cup cream 4 large egg yolks

1½ cups frozen raspberries ¾ cup purchased lemon curd 3 large egg whites ¾ cup caster sugar
