Sarah’s Ridiculous Peanut Butter Ice Cream

I’m not gonna lie – this is insanely rich, only teeny tiny portions should be served!

1 cup cream

380 grams caramel condensed milk

¾ cup good quality peanut butter (smooth or crunchy depending on your preference)

In a large bowl, whip the cream to soft peaks. Add the condensed milk and peanut butter and beat to combine. Pour into a 1 litre capacity container and freeze for at least 6 hours. Remove from the freezer 10 minutes before serving.
