Orange, Currant and Pomegranate Dressing (gf) (v)
2 tablespoons each olive oil and pomegranate molasses
1 tablespoon orange juice
1 clove garlic, crushed
sea salt and ground pepper
¼ cup currants
Whisk the oil, molasses, orange juice and garlic together and season with salt and pepper. Stir in the currants. MAKES ABOUT ½ CUP
