Pineapple & Orange Glazed Ham

¼ cup canned pineapple juice

2 teaspoons dark soy sauce

2 tablespoon­s orange marmalade

1 tablespoon honey

¼ cup brown sugar

1 tablespoon brandy

Combine all the ingredient­s in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Reduce the heat and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes. Cool.

Preheat the oven to 160°C.

Place the ham in a baking dish and pour over the glaze. Cook for 20-25 minutes. Serve hot, warm or at room temperatur­e.
