Negroni

One of our all-time favourite drinks, the Italian Negroni is not for the faint-hearted. Bitter and delicious, it is summer in a glass!

30ml gin 30ml Campari

30ml vermouth rosso strip of orange peel

Put the alcohol together in a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice. Strain into a glass over (ideally) a large cube or ball of ice. Squeeze the orange peel over the glass to release some of the oil, then twist and add as a garnish. SERVES 1
