There’s no meat or fish here, but it’s not aimed at vegetarian­s per se; rather omnivores like Nadia who feel veges deserve top billing now and then. Vegful is like a stroll through a kitchen garden; open the gate at the Seasonal Guide, then delve into lush culinary terrain: Marinated Vege Kebabs; Moroccan Roast Carrots with Quinoa, Dates, Lime & Chilli; Raw Vege Pilav; Rustic Vegetable Pizza Pie… From clever ways with leftovers to salads and desserts, there’s ‘vegspo’ aplenty here.
