Is Trent going to be the gay pin-up of the band then? Zack: I think he is. He’s ripped! So when can we expect an album from The Collective? Trent: We have been recording a lot of new demos for an album. Hopefully by the end of the year or early next year. Zach: We do have supporters who are gay in the youth market and we really appreciate that. It touches me to have all sorts of support from younger females to older ladies to fathers with their daughters to gay people. The whole gay topic has changed over the past ten to 15 years and especially with our generation. People are more accepting and everyone should have the right to believe what they want to and be attracted to whomever they want. It’s equality and that’s the way of the future and of our generation. I feel very strongly about the gay topic, especially because we have gay friends. We don’t want to see them treated any differently to anybody else. So who would you guys turn gay for? Zach: Brad Pitt. I saw him at the premiere of World War Z and although he’s a small guy he has a big aura around him. Everyone just wants to be him. I do [laughs]! Trent: Ryan Reynolds. I love his movies and I love a good chick flick. We might end up doing some acting after the music, but only if that all goes downhill [laughs].
