Dylan Rosser’s previous book, Naked, was his bestseller to date, but this new release seems certain to eclipse that success. Full Frontal showcases Rosser’s best work in recent years and is a collection of sumptuous images of beautiful young men with smooth, hairless, muscular physiques. Although the book certainly lives up to its title by presenting an extensive catalogue of full frontal male nudity, there is also a diversity to be found. There are photographs of couples entwined, solo portraits, and even headshots – not only of the model’s face! Many images are in colour, but there are also some stunning black-and-white photographs included. In his introduction, photographer Rick Day writes, “Dylan dresses his models in beautiful lighting… in an almost sterile environment yet bathing them in richly saturated colour. His images are stark, erotic and effortless.”
