It’s been a while since a girl band wrote and performed their own songs. Led by the three Haim sisters, this LA-based outfit is like the teen love child of The Bangles and Destiny’s Child. It’s classic Americana with a dollop of R&B to keep it contemporary. Days Are Gone has already produced four hits, including The Wire with its gentle sexy swagger making it stand out from the pack.
