Goal: Muscle gain. Occupation: Information Technology. Major challenges: Lots of work travel over the entire 12 weeks. Accountabilty charts: 85 per cent plus. “I can’t believe how far I’ve come. I joined the challenge to look better naked, but what I got was a full, healthy living education. I’ve transitioned to a better way of eating, living and exercising that will stay with me forever. The most important aspect of the competition for me was the way it was set up. I wasn’t competing against five other men, but working with them to become the best me I could be. My struggle now is going to be to continue to hold myself accountable without these amazing men. I cannot thank Andrew enough. He has been a coach, a teacher, a mentor and a friend throughout this entire competition.”
