Previously the creative director of Gucci and Yves Saint Laurent, Ford launched his own signature brand in 2006, creating a multi-million dollar business. As if that wasn’t enough, he then turned his hand to producing and directing with a film adaptation of Christopher Isherwood’s A Single Man, followed by Nocturnal Animals.

Doting husband and father, vegan and Hillary Clinton supporter, Ford isn’t afraid to advocate for issues close to his heart. In 2009, Ford stated he preferred the term “civil partnership” for both opposite-sex and same-sex partnerships, and to leave “marriage” to religion to decide.
