In this ground­break­ing Clink Char­ity/HM Prison and Pro­ba­tion Ser­vice scheme, de­tainees at her Majesty’s plea­sure work­ing to­wards a City And Guilds NVQ in Food Prepa­ra­tion, cook your grub and then dish it up on the premises. The aim is that this project will re­duce re­of­fend­ing rates. Fresh, sea­sonal in­gre­di­ents are used, and there are no crimes against cui­sine here. The only real sur­prise is the high qual­ity of the chow.
