In this groundbreaking Clink Charity/HM Prison and Probation Service scheme, detainees at her Majesty’s pleasure working towards a City And Guilds NVQ in Food Preparation, cook your grub and then dish it up on the premises. The aim is that this project will reduce reoffending rates. Fresh, seasonal ingredients are used, and there are no crimes against cuisine here. The only real surprise is the high quality of the chow.
