WHAT’S HOT? THE P SHOT

In swimwear, gym shorts or work suit, every man wants to look well packed – and perform his best when the pants come off! By Steve Marsh

I WOULDN’T say I’ve ever been particularly ashamed of my capabilities in the package department, but I doubt I’m the only one who occasionally suffers from a bout of insecurity; especially considering the cocktail mix of substances we may have ingested over the summer party season.

If you’d asked me a year ago, I’d have sworn on Ryan Reynold’s life that there’d be no effing way anyone was coming near my business with a needle – no matter what the benefits. Those occasional visits to the GP for an STI check-up are more than my fluttering heart can handle. So, trust me when I say, I’m shocked to discover that I have become an advocate of (drum roll please)… the P shot.

The P shot is an injection into the penis, designed to improve male sexual performance, enhance appearance and firmness of erection and heighten sensation using platelet rich plasma (PRP). PRP involves extracting the plasma from a patients’ blood and re-injecting it into the penis, with a special miniature needle. Two of my closest friends had the procedure and a third had already made an appointment, which got me seriously considering it. And, before I had time to chicken out, I booked!

I went with my friend, and high hopes. Our appointment was booked with intimate procedures expert Dr Mike Shenouda from Géniale’s health, beauty, and cosmetic super centre located in Drummoyne, Sydney.

With sweaty palms and tingling shafts, we were excited and nervous and grimacing with disbelief at what we were about to do to our beloved little friends.

The doctor in charge of our manhood for the next hour or so, Dr Shenouda, was friendly, kind and without a hint of the sadism of an STI check-up nurse! He explained the process and reassured us that it was a simple, easy procedure and instantly put our nerves at ease. We also learned the P stands for Priapus (the Greek god of fertility), not penis!

We went into separate rooms, biding each other farewell with hugs and kisses bestowed on soldiers about to embark on a perilous journey. We needn’t have worried. The most difficult part was filling out the paperwork. Then, all Dr Mike did was apply a numbing cream to my little soldier, extract a blood sample from my arm and inject it into my penis. It was all over in a matter of minutes. I didn’t feel a thing.

The best thing about the P shot is that it’s all natural. It uses the plasma from your own blood to stimulate growth, healing and rejuvenation. It’s designed to improve sexual performance and sensation, so P shots are often used to treat erectile dysfunction due to prostate cancer, surgical and drug side effects, and diabetes. The effects can last up to a year.

Within a week, we were back to normal. Our new and improved erections were now beautiful throbbing beacons of stamina, performance and pleasure and, quite frankly, they haven’t had much downtime since!
