DNA: How technically difficult is it to get a shot like Castaway?

Lucas Murnaghan: This shot required a number of things to come together. We’d scouted this location earlier in the season, when it was only possible to work in wetsuits. I knew we had to return in a narrow window at the end of the summer when the water was warm enough but, trust me, it was still very cold. The sun co-operated on the day, and Devon was able to bring such emotion to the shot. I couldn’t have been more pleased with how it all came together.
