DNA: This shot captures aspects of flight, water and the earthly pursuit of skateboarding. Lucas Murnaghan: Yes. Daniel Jensen, the subject in this image, has such a dynamic and explosive energy – my job was to capture that. This was a pool in an apartment complex in Burbank, California. I don’t think we did more than three or four takes but none of the other images came close to the energy of this shot.
