Recorded at hipster California music festival Coachella in April 2018, Beyonce made history by being the first black woman to headline the event. This Homecoming is not for non-Bey-lievers, though. It’s almost two hours of Queen Bey. Kicking off with the still kick ass Crazy In Love, she goes to church on Lift Every Voice And Sing, tosses in a sultry cover of You Don’t Love Me (No No No), her former bandmates pop in for a three-song Destiny’s Child interlude, there’s a “stanky” version of Single Ladies, plus the weird wonder of bonus track I Been On. If you require visuals for your music enjoyment, the Netflix doco version of Homecoming might be worth coming home to, too.
