If anyone has mastered the art of balancing a demanding career with an active lifestyle, it’s LA debt attorney and full-time hunk, Garrett Forrester. “My secret to staying in shape… is to have a vision and make a plan. I take a moment to envision my ideal self, and then my ideal week and days. With a strong clear vision, the plan falls into place.”

Garrett loves working with nervous or unsure clients facing their creditors. “It’s an amazing feeling… I show them that not only do they have rights and remedies under the law, but now they also have the legal muscle to back them up.”

Garrett also chairs the Rent Stabilisation Commission in the iconic gay village of West Hollywood, and stresses the importance of LGBTQ people and other minorities playing an active role in local politics.

“It’s so important for minorities to have leadership roles in their communities. Democracy is based on the idea of selfgovernment… it only works if citizens participate. No matter how big or small your community, there are ways to get involved.”

As for his ideal guy? “I think the sexiest man alive is Anderson Cooper. He’s smart, physically strong and he cares about people.”

What makes a man sexy? “To me, it’s a guy who wants to leave this world better than he found it.”
