To ensure safety for all, sensible rules apply, including: dogs must have a current vaccination certificate, they must be kept on a leash except in the designated off-leash areas, and at night time they must be kept indoors (cabin, caravan or tent) with their family.
Features of the park include six huge off-leash dog play areas with double entry gates and secure fencing, The Giant Dog Ball Run, Dog Playground, Dog Hydrobath Hut and Luxury Kennels (exclusive for Best Friend Holiday Retreat’s guests), so if you decide to go exploring the nearby National Park without your pooch, you can book them into the luxury kennels where they have their own TV, armchair, heater and grassed run. It’s not all about the dogs. Humans are also spoilt at this oasis between the rainforest and the ocean. The whisper-quiet, luscious grounds are surrounded by beautiful rainforest walks, complete with a nearby waterfall and natural rock pool, stunning rainforest birds (which are hand-fed daily) and resident koalas. The closest town is only 15 minutes away, and 90 Mile Beach (dog friendly), golf course and a winery are all within an easy 30 minute drive. You’ll never want to go home!
