I’m a big fan of the zoo­dle – not only are the twirls so pretty, but it’s a great way to get my boys in­ter­ested in eat­ing more veg­eta­bles. Now I have a spi­raliser at­tach­ment for my KitchenAid stand mixer, it’s even eas­ier to add ex­tra good­ness to so many meals through­out the week. I love spi­ral­is­ing a big batch of beet­root, car­rot and zuc­chini to take to work for lunch (with just a sim­ple dress­ing on the side). Any scraps go into the com­post bin on the kitchen bench, then out into the gar­den, so noth­ing goes to waste.
