DUBBO is included in the area covered by Disability Advocacy NSW. A spokesperson for the organisation said they do not discriminate against anyone and help a huge variety of people with disabilities and illnesses. Their intake team will chat with a client with the aim of providing the best referral, advocacy and support service possible. The spokesperson also confirmed that there will be a local support person for Dubbo appointed to assist with NDIS implementation to commence in the next few weeks.
