ONE of the staff Rebbecca Higgs from Holy Spirit aged care approached me and suggested we run this special class. I loved the idea, so we made it happen.

We decided to mix my Allabilitiesdanz kids from west Dubbo with my Allabilitiesdanz Seniors from Holy Spirit into one fully inclusive class.

The result was nothing short of incredible. At one point I took a step back, paused, and took in the room. Can’t describe how it felt. To see my little one, two and three year-olds happy, smiling, shaking hands with the seniors in their 70s, 80s and 90s, was just awesome! They climbed on their knees, then interacting through my music and movement class, it’s just heart-warming.

Seeing these beautiful souls coming together through my original Allabilitiesdanz program was overwhelmingly a special experience. The joy and smiles on their faces was everything.
