Waste 2 Art call for entries from the public and schools
SOMEONE’S trash is someone else’s treasure, but the annual Waste 2 Art competition turns trash into works of art, and treasures for everyone.
School students and members of the public can enter the popular exhibition which focuses on recycling and care for the environment.
Hosted by the Western Plains Culture Centre, categories include Primary and High School through to Community and Open, as well as divisions for various art styles.
Winning entries go on to the regional finals to be held later in the year. Entries close Monday, March 19.
