DUBBO Dirt Bikes wrapped up a great year of rac­ing at their pre­sen­ta­tion day on Satur­day, Novem­ber 3.

Emma Bolton and An­drew Tom­lins, both of Dubbo, who are fight­ing bat­tles with can­cer were also pre­sented with $2500 each to help them and their fam­i­lies with the on­go­ing costs of treat­ment. These funds were raised as a part of Dubbo Dirt Bikes an­nual Char­ity ride – the Mac Daddy cup which re­mem­bers lo­cal rider Mitch Mackay, whose par­ents Jamie and Kerry Mackay were on hand to present these cheques.

Win­ners of all classes were awarded, with spe­cial men­tion to our Sub-ju­nior Cham­pion Tyler Eade, Ju­nior Cham­pion Jack Deve­son, and Se­nior Cham­pion Ryda Deve­son who came out on top af­ter some tightly con­tested rac­ing dur­ing the year.

It was also an hon­our to award some of our mem­bers who proved their ded­i­ca­tion through­out the year or who have shown marked im­prove­ment. Our Most Con­sis­tent re­cip­i­ent in the ju­nior class was Ja­cob Stiff and in the se­niors was Bren­dan Chat­field. Most Im­proved was taken out by Pa­trick Ed­wards in the Ju­niors and Mick Ray in the Se­nior classes.
