Make the Mark: Student art on show in Dubbo

stopped by the Western Plains Cultural Centre on Saturday, December 22, where the HSC artworks by 2018 students from the Dubbo region were being displayed in an exhibition called Make the Mark. Others were enjoying a refreshing beverage at the Gallery Café after looking around the various exhibitions.
