THE THUMBS
Thumbs Up
and thanks to Cathy the friendly staff member maintaining Orana Mall as a clean and safe place. During my recent visit, the ATM stopped working while a customer in front of me was trying to use it – a withdrawal was registered but no cash dispensed. I found Cathy and she had a ready-made ‘out of order’ sign to post on the screen so that other people were safe from another cashless transaction. I was so thankful as I was next in line to use the ATM. Today, I returned to Orana Mall to check Cathy’s name. Easy to find her as she was working hard as usual.

Everyone, from the ED staff, the ward nurses, the doctors and even the cleaning staff were so lovely and made me feel as comfortable as possible in a difficult time. Thank-you so much!
