to the work being done by Jeff Amatto to push for a drug detoxification and rehabilitation centre in or near Dubbo. This part of the state desperately needs this type of facility. Also, Thumbs Up to Mark Coulton for supporting it with a $3 million funding commitment, but Thumbs Down to Dugald Saunders for refusing to make a stand in the NSW Parliament to get it funded.
