Alam Street intersection with Newell Highway to close for roadworks

MOTORISTS are advised of changed traffic conditions at the intersection of the Whylandra Street (Newell Highway) and Alam Street.

The Alam Street entrance onto Whylandra Street is opposite the Cattleman’s Country Motor Inn.

Work will be carried out on weekdays between 7am and 6pm and on Saturday from 8am to 5pm.

Alam Street will be closed 24 hours a day at the intersection of Whylandra Street (Newell Highway) with detours in place via Alfred Street and Young Street until work is complete.

Motorists are advised to drive to the conditions.
