Battle for Blood

Eastern Reporter - - News -

Could you be the difference in whether the City of Stirling emerges victorious in this year’s Tri-Cities Blood Challenge? Now in its third year, the challenge encourages residents from across the Cities of Stirling, Joondalup and Wanneroo to donate blood to the Australian Red Cross Blood Service by Sunday 30 September 2018. The council that racks up the most donations from its residents at the end of the threemonth period will be named the winner.

Last year, residents across the three councils made more than 6,300 blood donations that saved the lives of close to 19,000 people. Organisers are aiming to collect enough blood donations to save 20,000 lives this year. Visitnate or call 13 14 95 to make your donation count towards the City of Stirling’s tally.
