A Note About Salmon

Salmon is packed full of heart healthy omega-3 fatty acids, proteins and B vitamins making it a great inclusion in our diets. All salmon is not created equal however, where possible try to choose a wild salmon or, if that is difficult to come by, choose a farmed salmon that meets RSPCA approved standards.

Alternativ­ely choose another fish that is wild caught using responsibl­e and sustainabl­e fishing practices.
