Every body part is graded according to size, condition, blood type and rarity, with some requesters demanding organs that fulfil a particular criterion. Their condition (and price) steadily deteriorates in your hold, though certain organs improve the quality or condition of those around them, while others transform them entirely. With enough cash you can buy bigger holds, but after a certain point you’re better off investing in a portfolio and cashing out when stocks are up.
