What could Santa do for the real estate industry? Bring us a Property Commissioner so we can work with people who understand the industry and deliver a better result for all our consumers, rather than the ongoing issues we e have been trying to manage.
Will you be making any New Year's resolutions? To continue making the most of every opportunity and to enjoy my last year as REINSW President.
What is one goal you've set yourself for 2019? ? Increased female representation on the REINSW Board, and significant growth of L+S S office numbers.
What was your greatest achievement in 2018? Managing the demands of two busy jobs!

What could Santa do for the real estate industry? Ask Bill Shorten to keep the current housing policy as it is if he becomes our next Prime Minister.
Will you be making any New Year's resolutions? No, because I'm making resolutions throughout the year.
What is one goal you've set yourself for 2019? Become a data science expert.
What was your greatest achievement in 2018? Seeing 3,000 of our network members together for our Connect Conference. Realising how much energy and potential is in the company was a real highlight.
LISA B REAL ESTATE COACH AND TRAINER What could Santa do for the real estate industry? Santa, can you please help agents to treat each other nicer and respect their competitors.
Will you be making any New Year's resolutions? Yes, but I've already started! I'm going to be 60kgs again and fit back into all the clothes I love. I've been enjoying the social aspect of food too much and not focusing on a healthy lifestyle.
What is one goal you've set yourself for 2019? I'm super-excited about a new project I'm developing in the training space. Stay tuned early next year!
What was your greatest achievement in 2018? Setting up Lisa B Media – Marketing and branding solutions for any business.

What's on your Christmas list? This is going to sound really dorky, but my Christmas list contains only one thing. I just want my kids to smile and enjoy the day. I want them to remember their childhood as a time of fun, laughter and adventure. As long as they have a good day then that's all I need.
What could Santa do for the real estate industry? Reduce the ego. The advent of social media has made it easier for agents to try and one-up other agents and the vibe is getting nasty. Real estate is a service business and we all do it our own way. As long as the interests of consumers is paramount, we'll maintain our relevance in a rapidly transforming industry.
What is one goal you've set yourself for 2019? To hit 2,000 subscribers to Market Buy.
What was your greatest achievement in 2018? I took a process that was a joke of the industry two years ago and I dragged it kicking and screaming into the mainstream. We are currently sitting at 700 active agents. For me, there is an immense sense of pride in building a concept and proving it works, and then seeing other agents adopting it.
Also we won the REIV Award for Innovation and Game Changer of Year at the AREAs. That was pretty cool too!
