Un­for­tu­nately, I had some struc­tural prob­lems with a prop­erty I was rent­ing and the lease was sud­denly ter­mi­nated. We had to va­cate al­most im­me­di­ately so the pres­sure was on to find a new prop­erty very quickly.

Some­how I was able to find and se­cure a new place all within a week. There was so much to do es­pe­cially given this all hap­pened be­fore Easter and I was about to take off on a hol­i­day.

It was my agent who put me on to Di­rect Con­nect. I hadn’t heard of Di­rect Con­nect be­fore but there was a page at the back of the lease agree­ment that ex­plained the ser­vice; that it was free and could con­nect up my util­i­ties. Foxtel even helps with con­tent in­sur­ance and re­moval­ists.
