THIS WILL BE A BIG YEAR to find a sensational bargain if you’re buying, selling or leasing property. If you want to renovate your kitchen or bathroom or do extensive repairs, 2019 will be your year to get it done. If you simply want to refresh your decor, and change the colours of your walls, furniture or floors, again, you’ll have the very best time to do so in the coming 12 months.
WORK
Take special note of the time when Mars tours Gemini, (March 30 – May 15), for you will have no problem getting in the door of influential people. If you are self-employed, this is the time to do a publicity campaign.
Watch for the professional opportunities the June 3 new moon brings. However, that new moon will be at a hard angle to Neptune, so be sure you and your prospective employer are on the same page. Go that extra mile and spell it out in an email so you can have peace of mind if there is a miscommunication along the line. If you are creative, add more time and money to your estimates so you can take your time with a particularly important project (you will be incredibly proud that you did).

This is the first time you have hosted Jupiter in your house of home and family since December 2007. Under this rare trend, if you want to make changes, don’t settle for anything less than finding and creating your dream living space. If the first few options don’t excite you, keep looking. This is meant to be your big reward in 2019, not to come again until October 2030.
If you decide to move, you can now find a space that is large, with plenty of sunshine, situated in your ideal neighbourhood. Jupiter’s influence is known to add light, expansiveness and happiness to all that it touches. If you have already found your ideal home, then think about leasing or buying a holiday bolthole.
LOVE
It is clear that you will be focused more on your private life than career in 2019 as Saturn, the teacher planet, is moving through your fifth house of love and children. January will be an important month to watch for your love life, especially around the time of the new moon solar eclipse on January 5 when a build up of five heavenly bodies in Capricorn will gather in your fifth house. A relationship with someone a bit older than you — say eight years or so — or with someone whose soul age is older than their chronological age would work quite well. You may already be with this person.
Saturn often enforces separations to test the strength of a relationship. Sometimes the test is simply to show you that there are times when you must put your own needs first. Saturn won’t leave your house of love until December 2020, but hang in there. What you achieve with Saturn, you keep forever. This could prove to be your one true love.
