Tatura holds on with ball for win
Euroa close with late runs, but not enough
EUROA hosted Tatura at the Memorial Oval on a beautiful sunny day on Saturday.
Euroa lost the toss and bowled first.
Euroa openers, Fletcher Paul and Paul Allen, opened the bowling with P Allen getting an early wicket.
Riley Dowell was able to rip through the middle order taking 3/17.
Multiple wickets to P Allen (2) and D Grant (2) helped end the Tatura innings.
M Gleeson and F Paul opened the batting but were quick to fall for one and 13 respectively.
R Baig was able to steady the ship at number three with a fine 28 runs as wickets fell around him.
Late order runs from P Allen (16) and A Wright (36*) helped Euroa get close to the total but they fell just short.
