Euroa Gazette - - SPORT -

defendable position of 134, all out, using up all of the 45 overs.

With this low but defendable total, Euroa needed to start very well with the ball but unfortunately this did not happen.

Both Kyabram openers made half centuries with Brodie Sherwood getting the first wicket with Kyabram at 1-93.

Things immediately looked brighter for Euroa in the next over with Jake Smith taking a wicket in his second over, to have Kyabram still at 2-93.

However, Kyabram safely made the remaining runs for no loss of wicket with eight overs to spare in the match.

Euroa will continue to build on a growing season this Saturday as they play third placed Numurkah at Numurkah in what will prove to be an interesting match.
