SHAKEY’S STILL OUT
It seems like a few of the big name teams have been holding out on signing riders in case of Shakey’s return, but after his most recent check-up seeing the #67 on the grid is looking increasingly unlikely. Although his injuries are healing up well (or for a normal person anyway) it’s just not looking like enough to jump back on a superbike and race. This is because it’s only healed to about 70% of where it needs to be, so although he can do some light training, that dream return might just have to wait. It also means he may need to have another operation in early 2019.
