ROCKET 3 R BLACK AND ROCKET 3 GT TRIPLE BLACK

-

Triumph’s Rocket range has been a pretty impressive beast over the past couple of years, with the standard bike housing a whopping 2500cc triple engine, which produces 167ps power, and an utterly insane 221Nm of torque – a world-leading figure for any production bike on this planet.

And now Triumph have just released two limited edition versions, with the first being the Rocket 3 R Black. Although the performance remains the same for both iterations, unlike the standard model, it comes with a matte and gloss all-black colour scheme, where even the exhaust headers, heat shields and end caps on the bars are black.

It also comes equipped with anodised levers, footrests, forks lowers, yokes and handlebar clamps, alongside blacked-out badging, swingarm guard… the list really does go on. Basically, it’s all been pimped in black, and if you want something that follows that brief but is a little more laid back, the Rocket 3 GT Triple

Black comes with a distinctive, glossy colour scheme, thanks mainly to the snazzy spray job on the fuel tank.

Both bikes will be available in dealers within the next month or so, and will come in £1000 more than their standard models, meaning the Rocket 3 R Black is £21,000, and the Rocket 3 GT Triple Black is £21,700.

Just a thousand of each will be made, so if you want one, be quick.
