REECE FLYNN’S FIAT PUNTO
Even a decade after it was first launched, we reckon we’d be safe in saying that the Fiat Grande Punto is still a great looking little car. No wonder they were still producing them up until very recently!
Just take Reece’s red example, for instance. It’s tastefully sharpened up with some choice goodies to ensure it’s snapping necks every time he wheels it out for a spin.
What’s gone into the transformation, then? To start, some simple-yet-bang-on Rotiform alloys sit pretty under each arch, with the car itself lowered slightly thanks to some coilovers that’ve been thrown into the mix for the optimum stance. The exterior also benefits from other smooth touches like a de-wipered behind and custom black badging that all work together to create a lovely aesthetic.
Don’t think all the work that’s gone into this car has been visual, though. Reece has been busy under the bonnet adding the likes of a turbo and fuel injectors over from a fiery 500 Abarth 595 model for an extra bit of kick from that boosted 1.4 motor.
Inside, the magic continues with some Abarth bucket seats adding to the OEM+ vibe and making that classy Italian cabin an even more pleasant place to spend time.
Make no mistake: this is one seriously fresh-to-death motor!
