5 Classic Ford zone
Ford Fair is about fast Fords of all ages, so naturally there’s a dedicated area for the classic models. Heading up the Classic Ford Zone is Classic Ford magazine, complete with displays for the likes of ‘Homebuilt Heroes’, the best classic project cars around, and a celebratory ‘50 years of the Lotus Cortina’ line-up too.
6 Concours Competition
The concours competitions at Ford Fair are some of the most hotly contested anywhere in the UK! Judged by a panel of experts, these spotless machines are seriously clean, and in most cases are better today then when they first left the factory!
New for this year, previous ‘car of the show’ winners are pitched against each other in a bid to take the big one – the coveted ‘Champion of Champions’ crown!
7 Globe of Death
Brand-new for 2014 is the Globe of Death – a sensational act performed by incredibly talented, but insanely-nutty motorbike stunt riders inside a steel cage! With three displays showing throughout the day, it’s definitely worth a watch!
