What's new in the Ford world?

McQueen Racing, Steeda, and Galpin Auto Sports, alongside Steve McQueen’s son, Chad McQueen, have announced the launch of the official Steve McQueen Edition of the latest Bullitt Mustang. Just 300 cars per year will be built, creating an ultra-high performance edition that has been purposely re-engineered to deliver supreme performance, improved driving dynamics, and offer an increased exclusiveness for this iconic Mustang.

Chad McQueen said Steve was all about the sleeper look with maximum performance, so the McQueen Edition offers the Bullitt not only with Steeda’s performance handling upgrades, including new MagneRide compliant springs, but also with an optional Whipple supercharger, taking power to 800bhp!

The whole car is dropped by 1in on lower sports springs, and the 20in HRE alloys come with Nitto (USA cars) or Michelin (European markets) high performance tyres. All cars will come with a letter of authenticity, signed Steve McQueen print, and a commemorative rear number plate ( JJZ 109) that nods back to the original movie car.
