Write a list of all the limiting beliefs you have around a certain situation.

I’ll use money as an example.

What beliefs do you have around money?

Eg., it’s hard to make.

You have to work long hours to create the income you desire.

I’m not good with money.

Money is evil.

I don’t know how to manage my money. Money comes in as fast as it goes out.
