Activating Sexual Energy

-

This is a very simple exercise that can create the experience of longer orgasms in women and sustained erections in men.

Most of us have never really been taught how to orgasm completely and as a result women are mostly having external clitorial orgasms and men are having penile gland releases.

There are two practices that I will share that you can practice with your person. One key element in experiencing deeper orgasmic pleasure is the way we use our breath. Most of us subconsciously hold our breath at the time of climax and focus the mind on that aim to release. The first exercise is to breathe through your climax. Make an ‘arrh’ sound as you breathe out if that helps to remind you to keep breathing.

Secondly start the practice of engaging the PC muscle (known as the pubococcygeus or pelvic floor muscle). This is the muscle you squeeze when you want to hold off urination. You can practice this before love making by simply sitting across from each other sharing in the exercise. I recommend eight squeezes done together. Breathe in through the nose and squeeze the PC. Breathe out through the mouth and release. Look into each other’s eyes whilst sharing this practice together. It will also help to set the intention of intimacy and remind you to breathe through your orgasm.
