Wheel of Life

This wheel represents my life.

The Wheel of Life is a great activity for taking stock, for evaluating your life and seeing what is working and what needs to change to bring your life back into balance.

By using this wheel as a starting point, you will examine the aspects of your life you’d like to improve, whilst also acknowledg­ing what must remain because it’s working well for you in this moment.

This provides you a fantastic visual representa­tion of where you are now and where you would like to be and from there you can move through the wheel to create solid plans from today and into the future. Allowing you to let go of and release old negative beliefs and habits, whilst ushering in new ones that serve your best life vision, leads you to a more fulfilled life.

It’s important to recognise that different areas of your life will need different levels of attention at different times. So, it’s not about spreading yourself equally around the wheel but recognisin­g and determinin­g where your time, devotion and focus will be best invested.

Once you complete the wheel you will get to understand where the gaps are in your life and create an action plan to return to balance and living YOUR best life.

Every journey we embark upon has a beginning, a middle and an end.

It’s time to accept your call to adventure and be really curious about your own life and all that is possible.

As you embark on this journey of self-discovery let go of self-judgement and let the truth speak to you. We recommend doing this exercise every 90 days so you are always present to your own truth and being your own best life hero.
