Is there anything better than a good arm stretch upon rising? Take it to the next level and move through a 1-minute stretching routine to awaken your limbs. We love to move into pigeon pose on each side and then finish with a hamstring hang. If you have more time up your sleeve, move through a series of sun salutations or a yoga flow of choice. Starting your day with a gentle stretch or movement of choice will boost your energy as well as improve your mood and focus for the day.
