Does anyone else in business wish that we had just one extra work day a week, so we could get all the things done that are still on our to-do list? I don’t know about you, but sometimes when I look at the list, I swear someone came and added more tasks, as it feels like I didn’t achieve anything. Well, you may just need the exceptional services of our beautiful Petra Novakova. She has been in outsourcing since before it became cool and now provides high-quality staff members for your business. If you flip right to the back cover, you can check her out.

You may be wondering how an investment banker could become an international influencer, traveling the world wearing the most stunning designer labels, all whilst raising awareness for Inspiring Girls Australia. Well I certainly was. Jessie Li is our spotlight guest in this issue, and we just adore everything about her.

Yes, she’s gorgeous. Yes, she’s talented.

But do you know what I loved most about her when we chatted? Her inner Feminessence®. She was unapologetic, confident, yet oh-so graceful. Her voice softened as she spoke of her charity near to her heart. She shared her vision for Inspiring Girls Australia, and she honestly had me at hello. We were so connected with our visions to support young girls and the work we do with Project RANi. I know you will truly enjoy reading her journey and we are honoured to have her in this issue. Guess what? I have my QR wings now! I don’t know about you, but I never really used these much before, even though I saw them around. I know, I know, I’m a slow learner sometimes but now… boom! Our team have worked so hard on this issue and the women we showcase really are amazing at what they do, and they do want to help you. Did someone say TV show? Yes, you heard that right. We are launching a live TV talk show called… The Girlfriend Hour! Picture two gals on a couch, with a jug of margaritas, pouring it all out. Life. Business. Health. The juggle. Kids. Shoes. You name it, we will talk about it. As far as we know, there is no live audience show in Australia like this, that is free to air over the internet and that isn’t owned by a network.

No one puts baby in the corner, right? Same with our show. We don’t want any restrictions around when to laugh, cry or go to a break. This show will hold deep and intuitive conversations with women and men and engage with our audience members as we see fit. It’s time we bring the real conversations to life and help some out there who are silent sufferers. I’ll be sharing a lot on this show. A lot that most people don’t know about me, my life, my health and my struggles because I need support too and I know by me sharing, it may help just one other person. Isn’t that worth it? I know you just said yes, because you are a Feminessence® woman.
