What is Your Intuitive Super Power?

Intuitive Intellect of SEEING—Clairvoyance

Open—Clear perception, clear vision, visualisation, insight, dream, premonitions, future forward pacing and planning.

Blocked—Stuck in the rational mind, tunnel vision, confusion, critical thinking, stuck in logic, self-doubt, reasoning, over analysis.

With our intuitive intellect of seeing, we experience visions of the future, have vivid dreams or even premonitions. However, it is not just about having some mystical experience. Women who can visualise their future, or visualise each step in a process, are also accessing their intuitive intellect of seeing.

Practice

Think about something you would like to create in your life. Write it down. Create a relaxed environment and add meditation or music if this will help relax the mind.

Take a breath, centre your thoughts and visualise what you want to create. Bring an image into your mind’s eye. Imagine or visualise having it. What are you wearing? Where are you when you have it? What are the steps in the process? How does it feel when you have it? Explore your ability to visualise.

Intuitive Intellect of KNOWING—Clair-cognitive

Open—Is to know and understand what is happening without knowing why or how you know. Knowing something without learning or knowing something to be true without a physical explanation.

It is receiving intuitive information directly to the logical mind. For example, you are thinking of someone and they call you at that moment. Or you are driving home and get the knowing to turn left instead of right. Later you find there was a roadblock the way you would have usually driven which is why your ‘knowing’ guided you left.

Blocks—Random inner dialogue, stories, the day-to-day thinking, distractions, negative thinking or critical thinking.

Practice

To develop your intuition of knowing, you must master your mind and thoughts. Mediation daily will support awakening into this intuitive knowing.

Exercise

When you catch your mind wandering off in stories or random thoughts, think the word cancel. Cancelling thoughts means less mind noise coming back to the present moment.

Intuitive Intellect of FEELING—Clairsentience

Open—Intuiting information through clear feeling, receiving information through sensing or feeling subtle energy.

For example, you walk into a room and sense the vibe of the space to be high or low, happy or sad. When you are connected to your intuition of feeling you are empathic, aware of the emotions of others and highly sensitive to moods and shifts in energies in the immediate environment.

Blocks—Primal mind, the reptilian brain, flight, fight or freeze responses, numbness, trauma response, fear, disconnection to the physical body and feeling body.

Practice

With one hand on your heart take a breath anchoring your mind’s presence in your heart. Ask yourself a question. How do I feel about _______? Keep your mind clear and allow the information to come. You may hear one feeling word.

Be curious and compassionate to any feeling that rises. If a negative feeling rises, ask where in my body is this feeling? When you get an answer, on the next breath choose a positive feeling word that you would like to experience. On the exhale choose to release that negative emotion. If you don’t get a response, don’t give up. Have a clear devotion to this practice. In time you will receive all the answers you desire.

Intuitive Intellect of HEARING —Clair-auditory

Open—The faculty of hearing what is inaudible. An inner voice. Hearing thoughts of others. Receiving messages from spiritual guides in auditory form.

Blocked—Ego mind, you know it all, you can’t hear what others say, the mindset is blocked to receive whispers of the intuitive mind or wisdom offered, you are not a good listener.

Practice

Using your intuitive intellect of hearing is not just about receiving auditable messages from the divine, it’s also about listening to what people around you are saying. Practice being present in conversations, notice any emotions in speech, listen to tones and vibrations in words.
