I think the feminine self is the wise woman within. She is the woman who already has all the answers. She is the woman who is capable beyond our most wild expectations.

We all have her within us. Sometimes we just need help letting her out of the cage to which we have banished her!

I have the innate ability to see someone for who they truly are and for the unique wisdom that they are here to share. I encourage them to remember who they are, to find their voice and to share their wisdom through the power of storytelling.

I used to think that a woman needed to act like a man in business to succeed. And then I burned out in the most spectacular fashion!

Women are not designed to ‘do' all the time. We need ample space to hear our own inner wisdom and to create magic from that. We are amazing at nurturing but cannot do so to the best of our abilities if we don't first nurture ourselves. Once we understand this and take a deep dive into what success looks like to us – not what we have been told it is – that is when the magic happens!

Once we understand our unique feminine way of being in the world, we can bring that to the table in our businesses. Women in business aren't necessarily driven by a single thing – money or achievement. Yes, of course we love those things too, and they are a vital component of business, but we take a more holistic approach:

• How do we make a great workplace for the people who work in the company and enable them to shine?

• How do we make choices so that our business is contributing to the world and not taking from it for the gain of a single individual?

• How do we create amazing offers that serve?

• How do we show up and speak our truth so that we may ignite other people in turn?

• These are just a few of the questions I ask myself every day.

I want to be a teacher and not a preacher.

This means that I must lead by example. This is vitally important to me. I am unable to do anything well if it feels like it is out of alignment with who I am. This is especially true when it comes to selling! I cannot and will not sell something in which I do not wholeheartedly believe.

I work with women to write, publish and promote non-fiction books that function as marketing tools and authority builders that grow their business and create ripple effects of impact across the globe. Although I say that we are writing a book, what really happens is the most beautiful, transformative, expansive experience that leaves my client stepping fully into the most shining version of herself.

I feel like I am a lighthouse helping others to shine.
