Newly promoted Birmingham City hadn’t met Aston Villa for nine years when the sides met at St Andrew’s in 2002 – and enjoyed the reunion. Villa were 1- 0 down when Olof Mellberg tossed a throw back to goalkeeper Peter Enckelman, only for the Finn to let the ball slip under his foot and embarrassingly roll into the net. Brum won 3- 0; Enckelman is still in hiding.
